My visit went fine no issues there. What I did have an issue with was the fact when I went to my primary care appointment at the clinic two weeks later the staff asked me if Dr. Knuckles went over my test results with me which she had not! There was no phone call and nothing updated in my chart. It has been OVER a month since my appointment with her and my chart was just updated 2 days ago.
