I am beyond satisfied with the care that I have received by Dr. Knuckles. She always listens to my concerns and is very thorough and knowledgeable with her recommendations
2/24/2026 Dr Knuckles was very pleasant from the minute she walked in to see me. She did my Yearly Physical and gave me a handle about diets for my husband and I. She encouraged me about changing my diet bc I haven't been able to get out to walk bc of the cold weather! Her time spent with Me was short and sweet. Thank You Dr. Knuckles 2/25/2026
Extremely difficult to even schedule an appointment. They do not answer the phone or even their text systems efficiently. I am 29 and if this is how I am being treated after being a patient for over 10 years. I can only imagine how many elderly patients have slipped through the cracks of this office. It has taken them HOURS to respond to book an appointment or to receive my own medical information. I have also been left in a room in the back of the office and forgotten for an hour! Dr. Knuckles always answers my questions. She has helped me so much!
It’s very hard to get in touch with someone regarding prescription refills and whether the prescription was called in. I feel like I’m playing phone tag (and bugging you all) with regard to calling to see if the pharmacy received it, trying to get in touch with your front desk answering machine, and/or trying to get someone at the front desk. Thank you!
