RecommendedGwen's meditation course on Monday nights is exceptional. It is genuine, interactive, productive, and supportive to all who attend. Meditation is en vogue and there are a lot of good teachers, including apps. In my opinion the person delivering the message is at least as important as the message itself, and Gwen is head and shoulders above all of them. Do yourself a huge favor and attend.
