I scheduled an appointment after experiencing abnormal periods (some extremely heavy & painful, others lasting as long as 16 days). Dr. Fang suggested the only solution to my problem was birth control and when I communicated to her I did not want to take birth control she basically asked me why I had scheduled an appointment. I hadn’t had a pap in about 2 years & she didn’t suggest one. I left the appointment in tears feeling defeated & downright stupid. The PCP I found (who is amazing) did a pap which was abnormal.
