A tad overdue but here goes... Gwelup MC's access was pretty limited during our visitation but the team out weighed everything. Also wanted to extend a huge thank you for Dr Suwen for going out of her way with making MRI arrangements for my elderly mum during short notice but unfortunately the recommended site at Subi was down. Thank you again to all for everything and best wishes.
There needs to be a better way to inform patients when their Dr is running late. Mine was 1hr 20mins late today. The hot doc app does tell you your place in the queue but doesn't work until you physically check in. It needs to tell you that while you're still at home so you don't waste time in the waiting room.
High praise for the physio at this centre. He has helped me immensely. Very grateful
