Dr Ott is Very thorough, she is 1 of the rare 1’s that actually listens to her patients & has access to prior medical records or will have u sign to get them. She answers questions so u can understand them (not all of us know technical terms). I really appreciate her & her staff.

Update 10/09/2025: Again, Dr Wright is amazing and is really knowledgeable. BUT ALL the other departments are TERRIBLE! The phone NEVER works ... the nurse had a full on conversation with us about them NOT working... so why not try to solve the problem?! So we have to drive ALL the way to their office to check on very important time sensitive paper work, making appointments, and communicating about anything. They destroyed the paperwork that was faxed to them so they wasted multiple people's time. I must add theres nev... read more

Don’t waste your time. I got nothing from the appointment. Told me they were going to try to get me an MRI. If MRI was not approved then they would set me up with physical therapy. Never heard back about either. Was a waste of my time. I didn’t bother to go to the follow up a month later considering nothing had changed since they never bothered to contact me. I was shocked that there wasn’t a long wait time as a new patient. Now I understand why. I’ll wait the 6 months to a year for a decent doctor.

I have been a patient here for over a year and at first things were okay, but as soon as I needed a different medication regimen I had to fight tooth and nail to get the PA to listen to me. Finally, I saw Dr Ott and she is great, but also very hard to reach and very hard to get medication refills. I have now went almost two weeks without my medicine and have left several messages and I never receive a call back. I was diagnosed with RA when I was about 15, and I've been seeing Dr. Ott for probably seven years now since I was 17, back when she was in Fairfield medical also. I've always loved how she treats me and has always taken into consideration how young I am and how to prevent permanant damage to my body/joints. Her PA is amazing also and listens to my concerns and stupid questions. I do admit sometimes it takes a while to be seen once youre there but I contribute it to them always taking personal attention to their patients.
