I was half way through a road trip around the South Island and my Yaris was doing a few things that concerned me. I popped in without a booking, and they resolved the issues and reassured me very promptly. Friendly, helpful and courteous staff.
I bought two vehicles from invercargill the sale team is so helpful but when it comes to servicing it totally opposite They are so rude, arrogance and unprofessional. My car has been sent for recall and a part needs to be changed urgently yet its been months and I am still waiting I booked for Serving my car, said the car will be ready for pickup at 12pm, but it's 2pm and still not ready. What more can I say apart from the fact that I am totally disappointed
