On Holliday in Queenstown, dealt with Michael in spare parts, was very helpful
Just called into Toyota Queenstown as have only bought car from Ilam Toyota 6 days ago. Wanted someone to turn off beeper in back seat for dog. Had to full out service details and then got told job would take 10mins. No one looked or came out to car. Just had full service thank you in Christchurch but no one asked. RIP SOMEONE ELSE OFF. difference between service at Ilam Toyota and Queenstown you can not compare - in Queenstown everyone stay behind your desks or sales people just yack to each other on forecourt.

We have just moved to Queenstown and have brought our Ghost Diving Hilux from Wellington and the service at GWD does the Toyota brand proud. Irie was kind and engaging since the moment we arrived and took a genuine interest in how were enjoying Queenstown and our vehicle - the service was super efficient and they even groomed the truck! Clark in the sales was laid back and it was more like talking to a friend than a salesman. 10/10 GWD - highly recommended Regards Rob
