I had a few questions about an oil cooler I was interested in and James made sure I knew everything about it! I also told him that i needed it by next weekend and he went above and beyond by contacting the manufacturer to check the availability and ship times. I received the cooler in less than 48 hours!! Searched forums and a lot of folks recommended these guys for remote tuning my Camaro. Started out talking to James about getting tuning going. He was super helpful with getting everything downloaded and ordered. Then Ryan took over tuning my car. He was quick to get me revisions and my car is running phenomenal. Can’t wait to order hard parts from them once cold weather hits the northeast and I park it. Highly recommend!
Horrible customer service. Waiting over a month for an item from them. All they do is blame manufacturers for delays. Reached out well over 10x in the past month. With nothing but excuses from them. Still zero updates on lead times or ETA. Go to there site today. An item is showing instock on there site. Are you kidding me. What horrible customer service…. Avoid this place…
