This place will keep your car forever and tell you it needs a long list of things repaired. Then they need to order parts and need to keep your car for a few more weeks. They tell you your car will be ready a certain date “repeatedly”, and do not keep their word. Unreliable, and you can’t trust what they say. I do not recommend this company.
My experience with the guys at the West Markham location was excellent! They kept me informed of the status of my car repairs from start to finish. I received daily status updates via text. Trey was so nice and his customer service went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend them if you need your car repaired!
My car is in worse shape when I pick it up. And they kept my car 3 weeks and they charged my insurance company for work they didn't do
