The service here is outstanding, especially compared to other dealerships I’ve been to. From beginning to end, Shane the Service Advisor, along with Lee, the shuttle driver, consistently exceeded expectations.
We purchased the car here and a warranty. The head gasket was out on the car and the warranty company refuses to fix it because it was sold to us with an aftermarket exhaust. I've attempted to contact the dealership several times, but apparently all these salesmen and sales managers we dealt with were fired. Finally spoke with Caleb Morris who assured us He would handle it, but now he will not return phone calls and has handled nothing.
