Just had a keratin treatment with haircut and color done with Axl. I’m really happy with the results! The finish looks smooth, shiny, and healthy. It was nicely done, and the whole experience was relaxing and fun. I honestly felt like I'm back home. It made my whole experience extra special. I scheduled a facial a week in advance as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom. One hour before the appointment, I received a message from the salon asking if it was okay to cancel. I responded shortly after, reminding them it was for my mom for Mother’s Day. Then—radio silence. No follow-up, no confirmation, no answer when I called. When I finally got a response hours later, I was told, “We are sorry, we did not know.
