Not even worth one star. Booked and paid for a recovery and waited two hours to be told they were sending someone to look at the car instead of a recovery truck like we paid for. We were told it would be even longer for a recovery truck. We cancelled and got the money back, but they didn't care that they left a family with kids stranded. Do not use.
Absolute fantastic breakdown service on a Sunday evening. Sam arrived within 30mins to a rural location. Successfully diagnosed software issue needing a hard reset by disconnecting battery and got us back on the road. Sam couldn’t have been more helpful and shared lots of other useful tips. Cannot recommend Gwalia highly enough. Thanks very much for all your help today.
Had fantastic customer service from Owain after we broken down near Holyhead. Very friendly, professional and unfazed that he had to drive us four hours to our home. He took a lot of trouble to make our journey as comfortable and enjoyable as possible in the circumstances including regular check ups on our dog. Owain is clearly a very capable mechanic who is loving his job and the business he works for. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
Quite simply the most responsive and professional service you could ask for in a moment of need. Steep track, two stricken cars, all sorted in an hour from the first call. Gruff is a legend.
