Dr. Peter Eppinga is the blessing to our family! Extremely professional, compassionate, helpful and always goes an extra mile for his patients health and wellness. His clinic is very easy to contact and set up appointments when needed. Can't recommend enough!
Never met a doctor who was so money driven, needed a form for my son to be cleared for a dental surgery and he told me $40 isn’t enough even though that’s the price listed on the wall I ended up walking out. I don’t want a doctor who cares more about money than the health of my child even looking at him. They kept trying to say it had to do with liability but $0 compared to $1000; doesn’t matter, if he did his job right the liability would be the same. Disgusting
I'm torn between giving 1 or 2 stars because I've had such a conflicting experience with this clinic and what they say they will do, which is Submit documents to ICBC so I can receive care, and yet they do nothing they say they'll do. Their staff seems to spend more time chatting with one another than they do discussing things with patients, they don't usually notice that someone is standing there and needs help so I often feel like I'm intruding on their space by having a question I need to ask. Absolutely Terrible Service! We’ve been dealing with Dr. Kammis, and he’s completely irresponsible. It’s like he doesn’t care at all! The receptionists? Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. If you value your health and sanity, stay FAR away from this place. They have no respect for their patients. Do yourself a favor and avoid this disaster of a clinic at all costs!
