Dr. Eppinga is amazing! Kind and thoughtful, has a real way with children and is willing to discuss complex medical issues out to their fullest. Staff is friendly and helpful. All in all a great family practice!
It’s hard to contact them. I called several times during office hours and no one picked up the phone. It was just the automated answering machine. There were several occasions that I called around 3:30 and automated machine said that they’re closed while it clearly stated in their business hours that they’re open until 4 PM.
Bad attitude at front desk . People should be more professional/ kind .
I have had so many bad experiences with this clinic! Dr. Kemas is incredibly unprofessional and I’ve heard the receptionists talk shit about patients from the waiting room. The doctor seems to not even care you’re in the room most of the time. If I had the option to go literally anywhere else, I would. I wish I could give zero stars!!
Dr Eppinga is a wonderful person. He's extremely helpful and kind. I am so thankful that I met him.
