I did a lot of portable grill research before buying and ended up going with GW Store because they had the best price I could find. The ordering process was straightforward, and what stood out right away was the service. I had a couple of questions and received quick responses to my emails. That kind of follow-up matters. The service they provide is basically nonexistent. I spent two months trying to get in touch with them—no one answers the phone or WhatsApp. They told me they were very busy and would figure out how to provide service, but nothing ever happened. I do not recommend them at all. They charge high prices and claim to offer maintenance services, but it’s all false.
I was trying to find a seller for a new model of a Broil King grill and found it listed on GW Store's website. The item was still in production and on back order. Broil King's production schedule suggested it might take a couple of months for one to be available to me. But the people at GW Store were extremely helpful and responsive in placing my order. I recently purchased the Tromen Chulengo Santa Maria style grill from GW Store and I could not be happier. This chulengo is the second grill I buy from GW Store. I previously had the Nuke Patagonia fire pit and I also loved that unit to death! First of all we got amazing service. We got so much stuff for our outside kitchen! We just stepped up our grill area. Highly recommended. Definitely will be coming back.
