Great customer service and the wait wasn’t to long
I have had a great experience with Dr. Emmeline Ha! She is very nice, smart, and professional. She seems to really care about me as a patient and spent enough time with me. I hate when doctors just rush to see you and that is not the case with her. She is also very responsive via the patient portal. Her staff is also super kind. Their office is very modern and aesthetically pleasing. I highly recommend her for a primary care physician.
I don’t feel my health care needs was met. I asked the doctor about information that the front desk was supposed to provide me with. They was unaware of what I was talking about. I feel like if I am paying as much I am I am in insurance my needs should be met..
