Disgracefully Unprofessional
There is rarely someone available to answer the phone during business hours.
I am establishing a new PCP and I was very happy with my visit with Dr. Ha. Karen started my visit off by taking my vitals. Dr. Ha was very nice and answered all my questions. I did not feel rushed like I usually do seeing a doctor. Ample parking, office was clean and staff was nice. I’m very satisfied with my new PCP and will recommend her and this office to friends/family.
Doctors don't care and customer service people definitely don't either
