I had to give them 1 star because of the unprofessional attention I received after numerous phone and email attempts to contact the agent that I previously used. I had already used them before retiring with medical insurance and was pleased but when it came time to research for Medicare insurance coverage I couldn't get hold of them at all, even after numerous attempts, so i just researched all of it myself and choose one from there.
