We have ordered from G&W Heel Lift in the past and gotten what we were looking for, but this time, there was a mistake on the order and I guess they felt like it was better to blame me than to work it out. So I had to send back the wrong order. The new correct order was sent back and I am out 3 shipping costs. I was pretty irritated, and I was surprised that they made no effort to try and work it out with me. Very disappointed! Product is fine, customer service - Terrible!
Love these products. My parents were both users of the G&W heel lifts and I’ve used them as long as I can remember. Same great company, same excellent products and service.
