We had an issue with a battery in one of our palette jacks. We called Big Joe (manufacturer) and they referred us to G&W. G&W came out right away. Steve did a GREAT job at testing the charger and the battery and then called Big Joe and began the warranty replacement for the battery. Steve explained everything he was doing and asked questions in order have a full understanding of the issue. Very satisfied with both G&W and Steve.
Easy to deal with, for all your warehouse needs. From forklifts, cantilevers, racking, and forklift maintenance. I have enjoyed working with Curtis Miller on the warehousing side, and Shane Hutchison, Amanda Schuerger, and Amanda Altman for our forklift needs. Thank you for being a valued partner!
BJ was our instructor for Forklift Train the Trainer training, and he did a wonderful job! He was very thorough and gave excellent tips to help us effectively instruct others on forklift operation.
These mfs been in this truck nodding off , drooling for 45 minutes don't trust them with your equipment.
