We called yesterday to schedule a repair on our forklift. That same afternoon the tech James R. showed up and performed the needed repair. He was friendly and knowledgeable. We did add on another repair that he didnt have the parts on hand to complete it. He offered to send an estimate and return with the parts. James arrived back the next day at 8am ready to finish the repair with the parts in hand. We appreciate the quick attention to our forklift and getting us up and running.
