Fast friendly and most important well priced
Parts department customer service is Not Good. Bolt broke in hardware while installing. (Not even tight) Basically told to bad, order new hardware from amazon
Renea was able to help me and my mom find the exact gear we needed, she was very patient and informative in regards to both of our specific needs and preferences with buying gear for our first times. She was able to get an item shipped from Edmonton that they currently did not have in stock by the next day as well. She was honest and not pushy at all, very easy to talk with and made the experience relaxing plus enjoyable. Thanks so much Renea & the team at GW Cycle World. We'll be back soon!
