Seller kept $43.85 of my refund - full refund promise is a lie. Returned an item in perfect condition, within the 30-day window, exactly as their listing promised. Paid $438.47, got $394.62 - shorted $43.85 for an undisclosed fee. No mention anywhere of a restocking fee or partial refund. I even paid for my own return shipping. They’re now ignoring my messages. Misleading and dishonest company. Buyers beware.
Bought a couple of Shoei by air 2 helmets with sena intercom’s several years ago from here and have Been overall happy with the purchase however my intercom while playing music was good at first then the last couple years has been very quiet to the point where you can only hear it when sitting still in the bike super annoying actually. After the Lethbridge dealerships having poor inventory plus zero help for a relatively new rider I was recommended GW and what a difference! Huge inventory, great staff. John took care of me and was extremely helpful, answered any question and didn't "steer" me to anything that wasn't completely pertinent. Will be back and highly recommended!
