Genuine and decent guy. If you want a new car then buy a new car, if you want a good used car that has been checked over and prepared to a high standard with the best hope of being good then buy from Gary. New cars break down, used cars definitely break down. We bought a Golf, a pleasure to deal with, 15 miles with it and seems exactly as he said. It might die tomorrow but that is the risk you take, thank you, definitely recommended.
I had been looking for a particular vehicle for months but not one of the 'specialist' dealers would provide the individual service that Gary was prepared to offer. He drove the vehicle to Lymington where I was able to make sure it was right for me before I made the purchase. The so called customer service offered by larger organisations need to look at themselves! A super vehicle at a reasonable price that enables me to once again be independent. Do not buy from this dealer. He sold me a car which clearly has a major fault with it, when I rang him twice about it, he told me I was rude, not a nice person and gaslighted me about the issue. I have a completely dead car and will be reporting him to the trading standards And as you can see from the reply below, he's not taking any responsibility for this nor is he willing to help me, instead he is trying to publicly shame me.
