I worked with Berkheiner for 20 years before Juan took over as manager. He managed to treat me so poorly I now go to Johnstone. It’s 15 minutes further and I couldn’t care less they know how to treat folks they work with. Juan doesn’t. He used to be a decent guy but I guess he got too full of himself.
