Pam and GVST are so amazing! A great community to be a part with so many different classes and events with so much support from her and the instructors. So much wellness happening here!
GVST brings me so much joy and peace. The classes are great.And I am getting stronger. Do yourself a favor and get the membership. You can take so many classes for one low price.
A hidden delight, the lovely space has a beautiful private walk and twinkling lights to watch the weather while warming up your body and mind. From relaxing yoga to stimulating conversations in classes on Tarot, Energy work, Astrology and more.
Pam is the best!🤩 GVST Wellness is such a cool place with so many unique things offered there, there’s just about something for everyone! If you haven’t checked it out yet, be sure to sign up for whichever class(es) may suit you best! Zumba & the other similar dance-based exercise classes are my fav
