I was incredibly disappointed with the work that GVP did for us. The trees were just cut off in a straight line. There were pieces of branches hanging in the trees and in my garden that I had to clean up myself. My expectations were not met. I thought arborists cared for trees and they would be shaped to grow beautifully again. I wrote to Nick and got no reply.
