GVN has been an excellent experience for my two boys (14,12). Each athlete is put through an initial assessment to see where they are at, and what the areas of growth are. From there, Jackson and his staff carefully craft workouts to bring about the most potential. Something also to note is the attention to not just strength, but mobility and proper form. I have been working with Jackson for a little over 6 months. I decided to try out GVN as a way to help rehab my knee after an injury. My knee feels just as good as it did before the injury. As an added benefit of his style of personal training all of my bloodwork has looked its best and I have lowered my cholesterol and glucose levels.
I did not know what to expect when I started working with Jackson. I was so pleased to find that he had a thorough plan mapped out and always met me where I was in my fitness journey. Every session left me feeling accomplished and stronger.
