I went in for urgent care but I waited like 30 mins. This is not urgent care supposed to be. Last time i come here
All of the nurse practitioners I've met here are so amazing and genuinely care about your wellbeing. It can be hard to find a doctors office that actually cares and I'm so glad I found this place. The wait times for appointments can be long but it's very worth it to me.
My daughter had a 5pm appointment today, and we live 20 minutes away. I received a call in the morning asking if I could take her at 4pm, but their bus didn’t arrive till 4pm, so I said I would leave as soon as I could after they arrived home, and they said ok. After feeding them an early dinner, we were not able to arrive any earlier than our original time of 5pm. Very bad customer service (Receptionist ).. Will not come back . Don't choose this clinic they careless of the patient ..
