This review is in regards to the BASE battery power backup service that GVEC agreed to participate in. Customers should be wary of this program as it seems to be blatant false advertising and seems like a classic bait and switch scam. The email they sent out to their customers and put their company name on (GVEC) states that the whole thing will cost 390 dollars plus deposit 50. One must put the deposit down for eligibility.
