I was a little disappointed with my latest service schedule , until I was able to hear that the electrician had an emergency call in the morning before my scheduled appointment. No one called or texted to advise of this delay. After I learned the reason for the delay, I was ok with the order completed later in the day. Trevor was apologetic, and very polite. Kent was great! Located the issue right away. Did have the part needed on his truck and able to replace within a short time. Was helpful in explaining what happened. I greatly appreciated the prompt service!
The GVEC electrician, Kent, installed 9 ceiling fans in an orderly and professional manner. I requested quotes from other electrician services and only one would even consider the installation project. The one came, looked at the job and decided it was more than they wanted to do. I am very happy to have GVEC do the work, as they are predictable and reliable.
Brandon was very helpful and considerate. He understood what I wanted done and was able to do it at the first visit. He and the other crew member were both very courteous.
