I purchased a 24kw home generator thru GVEC at the end of September 2024. Unknowingly to any of us this generator had issues from the start. GVEC employees installed and over 2months tried to resolve the problems it was having. Employees were very professional and responded to my numerous complaints quickly Problem was fail to start on demand and struggled when it did always going into over cranking and locking out Tried increasing propane inlet line size but that didn’t work. At first contact I was given a dollar amount upfront… then I was told I’d be on the schedule… I thought great it’ll be fixed today… nope… the guy was there ten minutes didn’t tell anyone he was leaving… I thought he has to go get some things he’ll be back… An hour goes by and nothing… wife goes to ask if she can let the dogs out for a second and realized he was gone… I call after seeing nothing had been done… then I’m told oh he just did an estimate… they’d have to order stuff and THEN they’d come at some point to fix the on... read more
Great with service and posting updates. Helped with additional services. Professional employees. Moved into town where I didn't have their service regrettably. My children though got their sevice.
Wesley was a very courteous and professional individual. We are so pleased with him and the whole process with GVEC during our generator purchase and installation.
