The service was completed in stages. I was led to believe I would be contacted when the security light was added, and to my knowledge, I was not. Everyone I dealt with was congenial and seemed knowledgeable.

I had the wireless internet installed on 5-9-2024. It went down last night 5-11-2024 around 10 pm. It is still down today, 5-12-2024. I did the most basic diagnostic things myself, like power cycle the equipment, make sure the cables are all plugged in the correct ports, etc. The internet still didn't come back up, so I decided to call the 24/7 technical support number.
