GVEC technician Justin Cook was very courteous and knowledgeable. He came because our unit would not come on and identified the issue and explained what caused it and also gave us tips on if it happens again how to resolve the issue. Very happy with the service!
Nathan was very friendly and understood the situation I was dealing with. He gave me 3 different options to fix the problem that I am having with my AC unit. I highly recommend GVEC for all your HVAC systems.
So I was having issues with my HVAC system. I am on the GVEC maintenance plan. They sent out Steve Loewen a Senior Technician. Trevor the manager did call me and set this up although another technician had come out previously. Steve was very thorough and Trevor even called me after to ensure the service and work was acceptable and complete. I will request Steve for our maintenance checks in the future. Bradin is always the best! He is so professional and thorough. He just came January 2025. Im August I requested Brandin they sent someone else. Our system went off because drain pan filled up. Checked system, but cannot find issue. Ryan the supervisor was to call me back about our Reme Halo never called me back. Last spoke in August 25. I asked Trevor his boss to call me. There is rust in our pan. Brandon is great but leadership has no follow through or good customer service. I spent 10 grand for our system in 2018. I pay 45... read more
GVEC technician Stephen Loewen was very courteous and knowledgeable. He came to do a comfort check and identified additional issues that needed repaired. Very friendly and took care of my air conditioner completely. Very happy with the service!
