GVEC is a great company with exceptional customer service! Due to many AC issues we have had the pleasure of several technicians working hours with no complaints, Jaxon is a true professional, and GVEC are fortunate to have him as a technician and representative of GVEC.

Lawrence was great! He diagnosed why the AC unit is making a noise.

The technician was fine. But the two A/C units are only 3 years old and were purchased from GVEC. I even paid an additional $1700 for extra coverage and then they said the capacitors in each unit were bad and needed to be replaced for $687! I’m beginning to think GVEC has figured out a way to take advantage of seniors.
