My experience with the company was great until the tech (Gunner) decided to give me a load of misinformation. I'm sure he's a good guy, but after checking the pressure and looking at my coils, he informed me that the company could do nothing for me EXCEPT to install an entire brand new unit. That my unit is 19 years old and uses R-22 freon. Gunner proceeded to tell me that R-22 is very illegal to get or deal with and that there was nothing that he could or would do to fix my issue. Would like to commend all of your technicians that got my heat pump up and running. First thanks to George Martinez who was the first tech that came out and diagnosed why my unit was not cooling and finding the leak up in the coil. We had been without a/c for three days because GVEC couldn’t get to us before. We were charged $180 for the evaluation of the issue. George Martinez was our service tech. He quickly diagnosed the issue, made the repairs and our a/c is working again. Both my husband and I thought George did a fantastic job. Would definitely request George again. Great service and great attitude.
I have not encountered a more professional, competent, pleasant service technician. Totally satisfied with his service.
