We went through 3 other repairmen and none of them could give us a straight up answer. Jose told us exactly what was going on, and gave us the best advice on the next course of action. We will be requesting him for any A/C related problems
Wonderful young man, very detailed with what he planned to do, had every thing he needed, very professional in appearances and knowledge of his work. Provided information well and offered questions if we had any. Was on time.

Our overall experience with GVEC was fantastic! The initial call was an easy experience. And then the notifications were great. Confirmation of the appointment and when the technician was going to arrive - it all happened and went well. The technician was knowledgeable and did exactly what they said they would do. We highly recommended using GVEC for AC maintenance check ups and they didn’t even install our system.
