Scheduled a service from GVEC to return due to not attempting to fix my father’s AC. The person I talked to while scheduling the visit told me that the service charge would be waived. The technician that arrived still didn’t do anything instead he was just trying to sell a new unit. On top of that he still charged the $180 service charge that was agreed upon to be waived when the appointment was scheduled. Deeply disappointed in the service that was given and the dishonesty.
