Eric was amazing! The level of detail and customer service was always above what I expected! GVC was always checking in during the loan process to let me know where we were and if we needed something. I couldn’t believe it when we closed two weeks sooner than expected what was anticipated. I highly recommend Eric at GVC Mortgage!!
Eric was phenomenal he was very helpful with the entire process. I would not hesitate to have Eric again if I were to buy another home thanks Eric.
Eric, specifically, was monumental in our mortgage process. He was great at explaining every step in the process and any time we had a question he was quick to respond and bring it down to a level we could understand. He was very hands on with the process (literally) and was willing to hop on a call to speak when we needed, though being able to text back and forth was perfect for my millennial needs!
Highly recommend!
