Eric is the best lender around. Anytime I recommend a client to him I know they'll be taken care of. He goes out of his way to get things done quickly and thoroughly. He's not just a 9-5 lender, he's available when no one else is. His rates always beat other mortgage companies. GVC is alwyas quick to get things closed-I truly can't say enough good things about them.
Five stars because it’s the highest I can rate. Not only is this a great company to work with, they truly put their clients first. Brian is an out of the box quick thinker who see solutions over complications. Eric is always great at responding and answering the same questions until you feel just as confident in the plan as he is. I would just like to take the time out to send a special thank you to Chris and Brian. Brian is one The one I am working with to help improve my credit score to help me apply for a loan for my first home short story I thought it was a scam at first until Chris called me and confirmed that Brian is a real person and he does work with this company so just wanted to take the time out to say thank you to these two guys who is getting me on the right track to purchase my first home-thank you GVC.
About 40 days from start to finish, It doesn't get better than that! The coordination was pretty flawless all things considered, and the interest rate is not bad. Great team
