Eric is the best lender around. Anytime I recommend a client to him I know they'll be taken care of. He goes out of his way to get things done quickly and thoroughly. He's not just a 9-5 lender, he's available when no one else is. His rates always beat other mortgage companies. GVC is alwyas quick to get things closed-I truly can't say enough good things about them.
Five stars because it’s the highest I can rate. Not only is this a great company to work with, they truly put their clients first. Brian is an out of the box quick thinker who see solutions over complications.
