So annoyed. I"ve used Gus before but today was the last time . He came out to fix my washer and disconnected my laundry area sink's cold water in order to use the part to make the washer work.........so now i get to find someone to figure out the sink ..........Fixing one thing should not involve making something else not work . TERRIBLE
SCAM He charged us 500$ to fix our frig in October 2019 its Feb.2020 and still not fixed. No show to 5 scheduled appointments or courtesy call just no show. Now he won't return a phone call. Frig still not fixed but has no problem taking your money unable to get refund because I cant get ahold of him left several msgs with no response.Im not the only review like this. DONT GO HERE CON ARTIST
RecommendedWe've had many of our appliances serviced by GVC. Our refrigerator, Dishwasher, Dryer were all fixed and continue to work. They were prompt, professional and stand by their work. We highly recommend their service.
TERRIBLE service, and a bunch of thieves!!! They came out to fix our refrigerator ice maker. Took 10 minutes, and said he needed to order a part. 2 weeks later comes to replace part, leaves before verifying that the ice maker worked. Of course, it still didn't work. Took another week for them to come out to look again. Says it's another part, but since work is guaranteed, it won't cost extra. Ok, fine. We waited weeks, and weeks. Barely could get them on the phone, and when we did, they said the part had never come in. Fast ... read more
