We are incredibly grateful for the care our Family pet received during an after-hours emergency visit. Lauren was compassionate, patient, and truly went above and beyond during a very stressful time. It was clear how much she genuinely cared, and, thanks to her amazing care, our bunny pulled through. We can’t thank GV Vets enough and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for exceptional care and kindness for their pets.
The vet staff were always very thorough and lovely so we kept going back, however the last visit we rushed in being 10 mins late and the male receptionist Josh was so rude, I had apologised so I don’t know why. he said we could sit and wait if we wanted to, I said ok thank you, but then he said Well you might not get seen though. He made sure he was loud enough that everyone in the clinic could hear him. I was pretty embarrassed and I think he was pretty full of himself. Thank you to all staff today for being so lovely and caring when we had to euthanize our dear old cat. Thank you so much it made such a hard time easier
Lovely ladies at GV Vets, even with my spicy kitty they still handled her with care and they take care of their customers just as well!!! I would make them my normal vet if they weren’t 1hr 45mins away from home 😭
