My dry nose 2 footer sent me here, I wasn't even sick the door is automatic and it gave me a lil fright because i thought it was going to get me. I went across the strange floor I hadn't been on a slippery one before I got weighed and I had a lil nap and woke up with a dish stuck to my head and stitches in my tummy. They were wonderful and compassionate with us. They understood the challenges we faced with our beloved girl and gave us the space and time needed with her before having to let go. Thank you. We never felt rushed or pressured in anyway and the staff were amazing and supportive especially to the children saying goodbye to their beloved pet . Thank you for your kindness
