I dropped my bike off for an oil change and a general 26k mile maintenance service. Before I dropped it off, it was smooth to ride and I could go about 120-130 miles before the fuel light would come on and I'd refill it with about 3.5 gallons of gas. After my service at this shop, my bike is miserable and jerky to ride, the exhaust pops all the time like it's too rich, and I can go 82 miles before the fuel light comes on for a 3.5 gallon refill. This review will be much shorter than my early dissertation, that I had deleted. Basically I bought for my V85TT, about $2200 in exhaust, Rapid Bike Evo and a few parts. It didn't run perfect and there was some back and forth conversation thru Email, it was difficult... Rapid Bike was very easy to deal with thru phone or email and they offered to do "remote viewing" apparently the wrong firm ware was installed.

Todd is a nasty individual, go check Guzzi Tech, he berates members for daring to ask a question that was asked before. one of his henchmen AKA Scott M. does the same, the forum is nothing more than a place for those 2 bike mechanic clowns to show off there probably inflated resumes... I bought a full exhaust system with a Rapid Bike EVO tuner and other bits, spent about 2 grande, and OMG I asked a few questions thru Email and got these response's "were not doing this here" or "go read the forums".
