I first tried Guzman automotive about six or seven years ago when I moved to the valley full time they've always treated me more than fairly they know who I am but most importantly which is tough to find I trust them when it comes to upselling and their skills and stuff like that highly recommended
Would not recommend going to this mechanic. They up charge like crazy, so don’t go here if your trying to save your money. Got charged 900$ to change the pulley, a belt and an alternator.
Horrible experience, these guys up charged me almost $250 on parts because “that’s how we make our money” not to mention, they charged me over $400 in labor because they took 3.5 hours and then changed it to 2.7 hours when it came to pay yet it was the same price, they had us pay before looking at the vehicle and making sure everything was good, and took off from the auto shop speeding throwing rocks at us with their tires, I have no idea why they have a 4.9 rating, these people don’t care about your vehicle and are just try... read more
