We blew a tire a few miles down the road and limped back on the spare - Guzman Tire replaced our flat tire very quickly and cheaply. Recommended.
Rented a 15' u-haul. Staff were friendly, helpful. Was an easy process. Truck was clean and in good working order. After hrs drop off was super easy.
Booked a U-haul for 4 days, called over 2 dozen times with no answer during posted business hours and left messages saying I wouldn’t be able to pickup at the exact pickup time, they cancelled my reservation and refused to rebook me.
Terrible customer service and their trucks are filthy and not well maintained.
