Muy buen doctor. My amable y muestra interes en sus pacientes. Pude ver que tiene muchos pacientes, lo que dice que la gente lo prefiere.
Dr. Guzman comes across as very professional. His English is excellent. However, it took six hours to see him. The receptionists did not know when he would arrive. The waiting room was full for that six hours. A number of patients said that it is always like this, though more than one said that he is an excellent doctor. My guess -- too many patients. Also, the vending machine there has sugar sodas and salty snacks. Shocking for a cardiology office.
This is the first time I have been in this clinic. My appointment was at 2pm, routine weight check and blood pressure and a consultation on a previous blood work. Three hours later and counting, still waiting in the lobby. The worst part was having to sit in a lobby Hearing a young lady play vulgar music on her cell phone, carry conversations with her boyfriend out in the open. The staff at the clinic didn't even noticed this young lady and cell manners. It going on 4:30 and I'm still here. ??
