I came in for the first time and it was NOT a welcoming AT ALL with the girl at the front desk cover her face by 3 flyers ignoring anyone that comes in. I came in early and was seen late. The place is unprofessional, sloppy with paperwork that they spelled my name wrong 3 times & lazy. They should FIRE the girl at the window who rolled her eyes the moment I walked in. Saw the PA Sam and he refused to continue my ADD medication that I was previously on for years. Made me waste my time with a follow up appointment to provide proof of employment just for him to yell at me that he doesn’t care what I was previously prescribed and that he wants to start me on something different. Never experienced someone so unprofessional.
During a very hard time in my life I found this office. The staff and Dr Guzman made me feel like I actually mattered. I am happy someone finally hears my concerns. If you’re dealing with depression or anxiety don’t hesitate to schedule at this office they will take good care of you!

Care how gone downhill so much since Karen left. PA Sam is in a hurry and spends two mins with you and rushes you off the phone. Office girls are great but not a great team with Sam in the office:(
