Care how gone downhill so much since Karen left. PA Sam is in a hurry and spends two mins with you and rushes you off the phone. Office girls are great but not a great team with Sam in the office:(

NO STARS!! Hey DR GUZMAN you might wanna check on your patients. Your techs aren’t doing a very good job. Sammy or sam is not a good tech. No one can get a hold of you to let you know what’s going on. My son was told you weren’t taking any new patients. My son is already a patient so why wouldn’t he be able to talk to you. Check your staff DR GUZMAN. If my son gets hurt because of your staff, you’ll see You’re playing with lives, irresponsable techs!

Do not, I repeat DO NOT go to Karen the NP. She should have retired years ago and is incapable of being any help with your mental health issues. She actually fell asleep during my son's evaluation. She prescribed him medication for his depression and now refuses to refill his prescription unless we come in for another appointment. We'll that wouldn't be an issue if they actually ever called you back to schedule an appointment. I have left three messages and called over a dozen times only to be met with the answering machine.... read more

I've had a phsychologicol illnesses since I was 7 unable to find the right words till I was 11 been institutionalized to many times to count I've been treated by way to many times to count by phsychietrist that did not treat me accordingly I've had 3 phsychietrist that has treated me accordingly to my symptoms and DR karen Holdrege and DR guzman and ALL their staff has been through some serious crazy situations dealing with my mental issues for almost 4 years all I can say is the kind and compassionate and professional level... read more

the worst staff I've ever dealt with nothing but attitude will sit and argue with you over the phone whoever answers the phones here needs to be fired completely rude and annoying. lucky I need that dr or I'd go else where.
