Do not recommend at all! They do not stand behind their warranty, they lie, and the quality of their work is subpar. Will not work with you at all. Be careful with considering them.
They were constructing houses next to mine, when the company that was excavating the lots came onto my driveway with an excavator and caused damage. I spoke to the company, and they stated, "We'll make it right." Well, they never did. I would not do business with them.
The absolute The Most Frustrating builders in Tennessee.....we purchased a pretty pricey home in Sevierville and upon inspection had some issues on our punch list......presented to GUZMAN CONSTRUCTION to correct these issues.....IT'S NOW GOING ON 2 YEARS......and they have not....WE ARE NOW FIXING THESE ITEMS OURSELVES OUT OF OUR MONEY........their warranty is NONEXISTENT.... ..I even recommend them at the beginning to someone because they liked our elevation...... they talked to GUZMAN CONSTRUCTION and decided to pay upfron... read more
