The Guzman Family did an amazing job! I have been using the Chem Dry method of cleaning for a total of about 15 years and decided recently to use the steam clean method because I felt that the 35 year old carpet was not getting clean enough. I am stunned how much better my carpet looks and thanks to the Guzmans I might be keeping my carpet for many more years to come!
I am happy with the service, quick turnaround and reasonably priced. Knocked one star bc I feel the bedroom carpets could have done with another good pass.
I was quoted $175 for 3 small rooms with furniture inside, my entire place is under 1,000 sqft. Over priced, would not accept $150. He called back shortly ready to accept $150 but I had already hired another carpet cleaning company for $125!
The tile came out clean, however owner wouldn't work w me on rest of my house because of furniture however he never told me before coming out I needed to have furniture moved out. He charged pretty high for a small area in kitchen since that was all he would do. Won't use again.
