Made an appointment and he didn't show up or did not call us up. When calling to see if he was on his way could not get a hold of them. Very tacky unprofessional business I would not recommend this place!
The Guzman Family did an amazing job! I have been using the Chem Dry method of cleaning for a total of about 15 years and decided recently to use the steam clean method because I felt that the 35 year old carpet was not getting clean enough. I am stunned how much better my carpet looks and thanks to the Guzmans I might be keeping my carpet for many more years to come!
