I contacted Guzic's HVAC after the power outage. Jesse responded to my call quickly. and was able to come out and assess the issue promptly. due to the age and damage of the unit. Jesse discussed the options with us. and we decided the best option would be to install a new system. Jesse was able to fit us into his schedule quickly. I called Gucci and he said he could be at my home at 11am and he was on time. He did a over all evaluation and. Was able to find all the problemst needed tended to he worked continuously and explained all the questions and concerns I had. In the end I thought I would be looking at a higher bill but was shocked to see my bill was way less than expected. I will be caling him I need anything else done.

Paid him to check our boiler and replace a part. He insisted on being paid in cash and told us he had to get the part. Left, never came back and eventually blocked us. He is a thief and cannot be trusted. $250 lesson learned. Avoid this business at all cost.
