We were towed to Guy’s with a suspected transmission problem. Communication was overall bad and timelines slipped. We had no choice to go there as we were stranded and had broken down. Got the truck back and the car would no longer reach the top gear so caused more problems and cost us over $4000 not great.

Poor communication, repeated broken timelines, over priced. Go to El Paso, if possible.
