I am here today and I see the same thing as the last time I was here, they are so respectful toward all customers especially the older folks. They excel at making us seniors feel comfortable about car repair. Even with my 90 year old mother.
I went to another Tire Shop on Staten Island to get my 2007 Camary Inspected. The store manager told me that my car would not pass inspection because it needed Brakes,and Tires. I told them I would be back but rather I went to Guys because they have been taking care of my car and I wanted Anthony to do the work. To my surprise Anthony told me that my Brakes where only 10% worn, and that my Tires still had 8/32nds of tread left on them, and that I did not need anything for my car to pass inspection. Great, Honest Service – After having several bad experience with mechanics, (especially because I'm a woman), I was pleased to find a repair shop very close to where I live that offered fast service and very reasonable prices. The mechanic there was honest and charged me less for the replacement of two ignition coils than I had previously paid for the replacement of one ignition coil! To top that, my car was ready in about an hour. Needless to say, Guy's Tire Buys is my new repair shop!
