If you're considering fertility treatment at Guy's, please read this first! My partner and I went through two unsuccessful rounds of IVF with Guy's and felt compelled to share our experience, in the hope it may help even one couple avoid what we went through. I can only say the best things about the team and the whole experience. Every single person we dealt with during the process was attentive, supportive and kind, the nurses are simply fantastic and always very positive. We were NHS funded and always treated with respect, and yes, the treatment worked from the first time, so I consider ourselves very lucky. If I had to go for a private round there, I would still choose this hospital without hesitation!

If I could give a zero, I would. The treatment was terrible. Please don’t waste your time and energy. If you’re funded by the NHS, they won’t care about you.

Had one round of IVF last year through NHS in September.Lack of service from some of the stuff is absolutely horrible.Waiting for another round been told it will will happen in March or April.Well till now no answer for my second round.Sent multiple emails with questions when it's next round.Waiting time for any answer it's literally weeks !When eventually they get back to you it's the same answer which is still waiting for funding to go through.Its really disappointing to literally beg for any answer.
