Had one round of IVF last year through NHS in September.Lack of service from some of the stuff is absolutely horrible.Waiting for another round been told it will will happen in March or April.Well till now no answer for my second round.Sent multiple emails with questions when it's next round.Waiting time for any answer it's literally weeks !When eventually they get back to you it's the same answer which is still waiting for funding to go through.Its really disappointing to literally beg for any answer. I must say that the ACU is excellent. We’ve had a great experience so far. The nurses are kind and lovely with so much empathy. They make the unit in my opinion. Phone lines are terrible though.

Dr Kopeika is amazing. She is so professional and considerate. The quality of treatment from her has been fantastic,. We also found the admin team to be efficient and organised and all staff to be friendly and helpful.
