1 star out of 5. On Monday August 18, 2025 I had my car’s suspension components replaced. They gave me an estimate that included 2 complete Strut assemblies, lower ball joint, wheel bearing, sway bar link or kit, Outer tie rod end, front wheel bearing retainer. The tech said that my 2 front struts were “weak and bouncy”. I couldn’t understand why he said that. There was absolutely nothing wrong with any of the car’s struts. They worked perfectly fine!
