Honest mechanics and fantastic pricing. I have been taking my vehicles to Janelle's (Guy's) Repair for several years and have always received excellent service. My wife and I own a 2023 Jeep with 39,000 Km. During a recent oil change, Guy identified that the front-end bushings needed to be replaced and recommended we check if it was covered under warranty. I've got a 2018 RAM 1500, with the famous Hemi RAM tick. Only 76,000 km on it. Guy was able to diagnose the issue and ordered everything required to fix it. While waiting for parts I went down a few rabbit holes and we decided to change the oil pump as well. I am so impressed with the professionalism and integrity of this young man. I cannot say enough. Picked up runs like new. Wow, I will never ever go anywhere else for any mechanical work again. Would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Guy and Janelle.
I was on a road trip across Canada and my hood latch seized up so I couldn’t close it. I called this shop the following morning. Guy invited me to come by so he could have a look even though his shop was booked up until the following week. After about 15 minutes, the latch was fixed up free of charge. Much respect to the folks over at Guy’s Repair. This is how you keep and maintain customers.
We brought my mom’s car in to get her AC fixed. They called her when the car was ready and she picked it up. Once she started driving the air blowing was still hot. She paid over 400.00 to get this fixed. She went back to the shop. They said they couldn’t find the problem and they would need to book to another appointment to come in again.
