I was on a road trip across Canada and my hood latch seized up so I couldn’t close it. I called this shop the following morning. Guy invited me to come by so he could have a look even though his shop was booked up until the following week. After about 15 minutes, the latch was fixed up free of charge. Much respect to the folks over at Guy’s Repair. This is how you keep and maintain customers.

We brought my mom’s car in to get her AC fixed. They called her when the car was ready and she picked it up. Once she started driving the air blowing was still hot. She paid over 400.00 to get this fixed. She went back to the shop. They said they couldn’t find the problem and they would need to book to another appointment to come in again. This has and will continue to be my go to shop for all my vehicle repair needs. Guy and Janelle have been nothing but professional and helpful. They have given me great service and they are very accommodating and pleasant. I am very picky about my vehicles and they have never let me down.
