I used this company a few years ago and had a great experience, but recently I scheduled moving service with them just for them not to show up after I went and rented a truck to get the job done. The said meeting time was 5pm and I didn’t hear from the mover until about 5:20-5:30… he wasn’t answering my calls. Calls back and says they’re still at another clients house and asked if we could push the time up to 3 hours later at 8pm. I informed him the truck was on a time schedule and that wasn’t feasible. Andres and Jose were fantastic. They communicated well beforehand, confirmed the appointment and showed up early. Then I had some crushed boxes and broken storage totes and they rearranged everything super neatly so it was so organized and all taken care of. Highly recommend!
