Although I haven't been here in a while I have used them several times in the past. I cannot answer for exactly what happened with the other review that happened to be negative. All I can offer is my own perspective. Terrible, I paid them $165 for a repair estimate. They said it could not start the engine up which would make it pointless to fix because it wasn't worth it. I went to pick up my bike and they offered me $50 for my bike. I was like WTF? Anyways, I get home and my neighbor helps me get my bike started in 5mins. Guy's Cycle had my bike for 3 weeks and claimed they could not get it started. I believe they did not even try and wanted to low ball me for my bike and use it for parts. I had a 2002 Yamaha YZF-R1.
