I wasn’t planning to make this review for the “work” I paid for at Guys cycle, but at this point I feel I need to. Amongst not doing more than half of my list on my work order, none of the requested work was finished on my bike. Originally, I brought the bike in to get tires and handle bars mounted. After talking to Guy and Kelly, they had me convinced that this was the shop that could do anything I needed to my bike. Had my motorcycle powder coated black by them a couple years back. The said it would take a month and ended up taking 3 months. Never called to update me within those months, I had to call every time to get an update. They did let me know they broke both the front and rear fender which they “fixed” which I assumed with some sort of compound/glue so you can see the visible cracks instead of replacing them. Excellent service from start to finish. Went in for diagnosis with expectations of waiting a week or two given the amount of work in the shop. Turn-around was very timely, with clear communication about fix. To my surprise Mechanics even saved the replaced parts off bike. Picked up the bike and took out for a ride.. felt great! Bringing back for ALL future service. Highly recommend
