Wonderful service, fixed our heat shield that was loose and didn’t even charge us!
I was on the Island, 7 1/2 hours from home and my truck wouldn't start. They went above and beyond to accept my truck after hour, having a mechanic stay to diagnose the problem. The starter was replaced the next morning with the truck ready for pickup before 9am. Highly recommend!!
traveling from Sudbury to St Joseph Island and had a mechanical problem pulled into Guys unannounced They took me in right away and fixed the problem no nonsense and fair price. Highly recommend them (stuck caliper)
To anyone traveling across Ontario, keep their number close at hand just in case! Our axel and bearings went on our loaded trailer while making the trip, and we limped into Espanola, where word of mouth got us to Guy's. They took care of us and did everything they could to get us on the road again! Superb customer service!
