I was on the Island, 7 1/2 hours from home and my truck wouldn't start. They went above and beyond to accept my truck after hour, having a mechanic stay to diagnose the problem. The starter was replaced the next morning with the truck ready for pickup before 9am. Highly recommend!!
traveling from Sudbury to St Joseph Island and had a mechanical problem pulled into Guys unannounced They took me in right away and fixed the problem no nonsense and fair price. Highly recommend them (stuck caliper)
To anyone traveling across Ontario, keep their number close at hand just in case! Our axel and bearings went on our loaded trailer while making the trip, and we limped into Espanola, where word of mouth got us to Guy's. They took care of us and did everything they could to get us on the road again! Superb customer service!
Just want to say how amazing and helpful this shop was when i was on my way to Wava and had a problem with my vehicle that could have affected the trip. Though i was doubtful if the problem could have fixed there, he asked to me come in and checked the condition and fixed it on the spot. It was such a great help that i was able to continue with my trip and was relieved that i can drive safely. I was humbled and would definitely recommend this shop for their services. Thanks again!
Pulled in on an emergency basis on our travels and they took us and repaired the wheel bearing on the spot. Reasonable price and exceptional service. Wish there were most businesses like this. Will definitely brag about our positive experience.
